Ingredients:

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup butter (melted)
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 8oz package cream cheese
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 cup confectioners sugar.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

In a bowl mix cake mix, melted butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 2 eggs. Puor mixture into a buttered 9"x13" pan.

In a medium bowl mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and remaining vanilla. SLowly mix in the 3 cups of confectioners sugar. Pour over the cake layer in pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool. Sprinkle with the 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar. Serve.
