I love a good Crab Rangoon. I order them all the time when I'm out. A friend of mine sent me the following recipe and I thought I would share it too.
Ingredients:
1 ( 8 ounce) block of cream cheese
8 oz imitation crab meat, or 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat (drained)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 finely chopped green onions
1 tsp sugar
1 clove minced garlic, or .5 tsp garlic powder
*optional; a small amount of salt (to taste)
Wonton wrappers
Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, green onions, sugar, garlic and Worcestershire sauce, together in a bowl.
Open wonton wrappers and keep under a damp towel (to prevent drying). Make these 2 at a time by placing 1 teaspoon of mixture in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges and fold into a triangle. The bring the two bottom points together or wrap them around each other to make a crown (personal choice for appearance. Repeat with remaining wrappers until crab mixture is used up.
Place Rangoons into air fryer tray leaving a bit of space between each of them. Airfry at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes (until nicely browned).
